Billing & credits

Xenith runs on prepaid credits. You top up in US dollars, we meter every call per-second in cents, and you see the running balance in the dashboard. No monthly subscription, no surprise invoices.

How pricing works

Every call is metered per second at our usage-based rates. A call is made up of four components: telephony (inbound/outbound minute), transcription, LLM, and TTS (voice synthesis). The dashboard itemises each component for every call so the cost is fully auditable.

Example: a typical 1-minute agent call costs roughly 10–15¢ end-to-end, depending on the voice and LLM you pick.

Topping up

1Open Billing → Top up. Minimum top-up is $5; maximum per transaction is $10,000.

2Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. Credits appear in your balance within a few seconds of payment confirmation.

3Credits never expire. Unused balance rolls forward indefinitely. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for any unused portion — contact support.

Low-balance behaviour

  • At $1.00 remaining we send you a warning email.
  • At $0.00 new calls are rejected and inbound phone numbers return a short voicemail message. In-flight calls are allowed to complete, even if that pushes the balance slightly negative.
  • Auto-top-up is available in Billing → Auto-top-up. Set a threshold (e.g. “top up $50 when balance drops below $10”).

Invoices and VAT

Every top-up generates a PDF invoice with your VAT number (if set in Settings → Company). Xenith Intelligence is a UK limited company registered in England & Wales; VAT is charged on UK and EU B2C sales and reverse-charged on EU B2B where a valid VAT number is provided.

Reading the cost ledger

Billing → Usage shows every call and every top-up in chronological order. Click a call row to see its full cost breakdown by component: telephony seconds, transcription, LLM tokens, and TTS characters.
