ReadCore concepts
- Agent — a configured AI voice that handles calls. An agent has a prompt, a voice, an LLM and optional tools.
- Phone number — a SIP or PSTN number imported from Twilio or Vonage. Inbound and outbound routing are configured separately.
- Call — a single interaction, with transcript, analysis and billing cost attached.
- Credits — prepaid balance measured in cents. Calls are metered per second against your credit balance.
- Webhook — real-time HTTP POST notifying your systems of
call_started,call_endedandcall_analyzedevents.
