If this is your first time on Xenith, follow these three guides in order. They take about 10 minutes total.

Core concepts

  • Agent — a configured AI voice that handles calls. An agent has a prompt, a voice, an LLM and optional tools.
  • Phone number — a SIP or PSTN number imported from Twilio or Vonage. Inbound and outbound routing are configured separately.
  • Call — a single interaction, with transcript, analysis and billing cost attached.
  • Credits — prepaid balance measured in cents. Calls are metered per second against your credit balance.
  • Webhook — real-time HTTP POST notifying your systems of call_started, call_ended and call_analyzed events.
