How is pricing calculated?+

Every call is metered per second against your prepaid credit balance, using the per-component rates shown above. The dashboard shows the exact cost of each call so the math is auditable.

Do I need to buy minutes upfront?+

No. You top up credit (as little as $10) and it draws down as calls happen. When your balance gets low we warn you, and you can set alerting rules to notify your team.

How is this different from going direct to the voice provider?+

You get the agent builder, observability, post-call data extraction, webhooks, multi-agent management, phone-number binding, alerting and a dashboard your ops team can actually use — plus an EU-friendly compliance surface. It's the whole platform, not just the model.

Can I get a lower rate?+

Yes — enterprise customers with significant monthly volume get custom rates. Contact sales for a quote.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No. Just usage. No seat fees, no setup fees, no per-agent fees. Enterprise customers may negotiate additional services (white-label, dedicated support) separately.

What happens if I run out of credit mid-call?+

Calls are checked on start — if balance is below the per-call minimum, new calls are blocked. Calls already in progress are not cut mid-sentence; we deduct post-call and lock further calls until you top up.
